1. Prizes
Contest begins on Monday, October 4, 2010, and will end on Monday, October 24, 2010. Three (3) winners will be selected to win a Cavender’s gift card. Cavender’s gift cards can be redeemed online or in-store at any Cavender’s locations.
Grand Prize: $100 Gift Card
2nd Place: $75 Gift Card
3rd Place: $50 Gift Card
2. Eligibility
This contest is available only on www.CavendersRanch.com, and open to residents of the contiguous 48 states plus Alaska and Hawaii. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Cavenders.com, Cavender’s Boot City, vendors of Cavender’s Boot City, Westar Advertising and their families are ineligible.
Pumpkins must have the Cavender’s Ranch symbol carved into them. Any without will not be a valid entry. We will only accept original carved designs, and will not consider any copyrighted, licensed, or previously published patterns for entries.
3. Entering
To enter, visit www.CavendersRanch.com and submit the following:
• A picture of your original western themed creation with the Cavender’s Ranch logo
• The name or a brief description of your design
Also submit your first and last name, physical address, email address, and telephone number. One (1) entry per person. No purchase necessary to win. Cavender’s will only use personal information to notify you if you are chosen as a winner, or if you wish to receive updates in the future.

5. Winners Selection, Notification and Acceptance
Approved entries will be posted on www.facebook.com/cavenders, and Cavender’s Facebook fans will be allowed to vote for their favorite entries by using the “Like” function on Facebook. Fans will be allowed to vote until 10:00 pm CST on Sunday, October 24, 2010. Any votes after 10:00 pm CST on the 24th will not be counted. Fan voting WILL determine the final winners. Winners’ names will be posted online at www.cavendersranch.com, on October 25, 2010. Winners will be notified via email or phone. They must respond to notification by email or phone call in order to receive their prize. In the event that a winner does not respond within three (3) days of notification, a new winner will be selected. Prizes will be mailed to the winners as soon as a response to the notification is received.
6. Participation
By entering this contest, you agree to be bound by these rules. Cavender’s reserve the right to cancel or modify the contest at any time.
