Want to win a pair of Texas Tech, TCU, or OSU boots? One male & one female will win a pair of collegiate boots by Nocona® on August 30th. This offer is available only through www.CavendersRanch.com, but if you want your friends to participate, just asks them to join us on the Ranch.
Official Contest Rules
1. Prizes:
Cavender’s will give away two (2) pairs collegiate boots by Nocona® on August 30, 2010. There will be one (1) male and one (1) female winner. Winners will be allowed to pick from a pair of Texas Tech, TCU, or OSU boots. Boots will not be customized, and no substitutions are allowed.
2. Eligibility:
This contest is open to residents of the contiguous 48 states plus Alaska and Hawaii, and must be 18 to enter. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Cavenders.com, Cavender’s Boot City, vendors of Cavender’s Boot City, Westar Advertising and their families are ineligible.
3. Entering:
To participate in the contest, visit www.cavendersranch.com and enter to win. Limited to one (1) entry per person, per calendar day. To enter, submit your first and last name, physical address, gender, email address, and telephone number. No purchase necessary to win. Cavender’s will only use personal information to notify you if you are chosen as a winner, or if you wish to receive updates in the future.
4. Winners Selection, Notification & Acceptance:
There will be two (2) winners, one (1) male and one (1) female, selected in a random drawing on Monday, August 30, 2010. Winner’s names will be posted online at www.cavendersranch.com. Winners will be notified via email or phone. They must respond to notification by email or phone call in order to receive their prize. In the event that a winner does not respond within three (3) days of notification, a new winner will be randomly selected. Prizes will be mailed to the winners as soon as a response to the notification is received.
