CONTEST RULES
1. Prizes:
Cavender’s, Justin Boots and Wrangler Jeans will give away a trip for two (2) to the 2011 Academy of Country Music Awards, in Las Vegas on April 3, 2011. Contest begins on Tuesday, February 15, 2011 and will end on Sunday, March 13, 2011. Prize recipient will receive:
• Round-trip airfare for winner and guest
• Three night stay at the MGM Grand Las Vegas for winner and guest (1 room, double occupancy)
• 2 tickets to the ACM award show on April 3, 2011
• 2 tickets to the post-telecast All-Star Jam on April 3, 2011
• 2 tickets to concert special on April 4, 2011
• Ground transportation to and from Las Vegas airport
• 2 pairs of non-exotic Justin boots
• 2 pairs of Wrangler jeans and 2 Wrangler shirts
• Country music CDs from various artists
2. Eligibility:
This contest is open to residents of the contiguous 48 states plus Alaska and Hawaii who are at least 18 years of age. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Cavenders.com, Cavender’s Boot City, vendors of Cavender’s Boot City, Westar Advertising and their families are ineligible.
3. Entering:
To participate in this contest, visit CavendersRanch.com, and enter to win. Limited to one (1) entry per person. To enter, submit your first and last name, physical address, gender, email address, and telephone number. No purchase necessary to win. Cavender’s will only use personal information to notify you if you are chosen as a winner, or if you wish to receive updates from Cavender’s, Justin®, or Wrangler® in the future.
4. Winners Selection, Notification & Acceptance:
One (1) winner will be randomly selected in a drawing. Winner’s name will be posted online on CavendersRanch.com, on March 14, 2011. Winner will be notified via email or phone. They must respond to notification by email or phone call in order to receive their prize. In the event that a winner does not respond within five (5) days of notification, a new winner will be randomly selected. Prizes will be mailed to the winner as soon as a response to the notification is received.
5. Participation:
By entering this contest, you agree to be bound by these rules. Winner releases Cavender’s, the prize manufacturers, and each of their affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any responsibility or liability in connection with any loss, accident, or death incurred in connection with the use of the prize won in the contest. Any tax liabilities are the responsibility of the winner only. Prize is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash. Cavender’s reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest at any time, reject any entry, or make any revisions to the official rules as we deem necessary.
